Reactivating perks account

I want to upgrade my phone. I have tried logging into my EE perks account but it says my account has been deactivated as i didnt complete registering in the timeframe given. It now won't allow me to login or re-register. Can someone please help so I can get my upgrade.

Yes, it says my details are already registered with EE perks.
