Included Apple Music Extra on my Pay Monthly Account

Hi I've joined EE with a pay monthly SIM Only account and it's supposed to come with free Apple Music but I've had no information at all about how to add this. I've tried texting 150 but that hasn't added anything and there's nothing in MY EE which might I add is a really badly designed app and isn't very easy to navigate when you're not fully technical. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it immensely.

Can you try texting PICK to 150 to select the Inclusive Extra and let me know if this works for you?

It doesn’t work. I’ve tried that, it comes back with an error message.
