Hi I have the Roam Abroad Pass at £10/months, but I was still charged the £2/day EU Roaming charge (which is a non removeable add on). Why is that?

@EdB2 : Actually charged on your bill or it just appears in your add-ons? It itself is free. You are only charged £2/day when you use your phone in EU & you don't have the Roam Abroad Pass.
