Thanks for coming to the community.

We don't have access to your account to check if you have insurance, but there are a few ways that you can check.

You can text COVER to 150 and you'll get details on your insurance if you have cover, or you can check your EE bill which will show Full Cover or Damage Cover if you have insurance in place.

Alternatively, you can give our customer service guides a call to discuss insurance.
