I've just been informed by customer services that my sim only plan is not eligible for the BT friends and families discount. I cannot find any information on the EE website explaining this. The customer services rep was very apologetic telling me that this was from the backroom team. This seems rather suspect. Can you help?

@Plymouthbloke1 recently posted this, which may explain it. You should ask the person who gave you the code to check it out as I imagine the corporate intranet will have more details than we see?
