Ee Perks password reset not working

Hi, same issue here too. Trying to upgrade but can't log in to perks and the password reset isn't working either.

Did you register using your work or personal email address? 

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

I think it was my personnel email but I have tried both and already checked both spam folders but haven't received anything
