I have registered and now trying to verify my email for the past couple of weeks. I cannot login and cannot re-register. I keep getting the message "Sorry, there was a problem"

I've tried from several browsers, Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera, and I've checked that cookies are enabled on all of them as well as cleared them.
