If you want to order this item, it will depend whether you are on contract with EE or pay as you go, as only customers on contract can order them as a add on with EE, otherwise you will have to find a store that stocks them and buy them that way, not all stores have them.

I would like to know how I purchase a pair of Nreal glasses, as everytime I go to buy them it asks me to login. But I am already logged in and asks me to link my community account to purchase, don't know how to do this? Getting very fustrated, especially as I walked to the EE shop and got NO help from the staff. The guy walked up type the customer service desk and walked off. This is the big reason I don't want an EE account, your customer service is shocking!

@PaulCleg  As I have already written, not all stores have them, so may have been one you went to that has no idea what you are talking about, and without a contract with EE, you will not be able to buy online, only some stores have them. I would suggest doing a search online by putting NReal in the browser and then you may find where you can buy them outright. Please let us know which shop and where this was, as this can be fed back. I would like to say that customer service is not rubbish and you are free to go elsewhere, I have never had a problem with EE.

@PaulCleg : You may only buy accessories online when you already have a contract EE mobile phone or SIM. It is intended to pay for them along with your mobile bill. You can only buy these from selected EE Stores.
