Hi can you help me with this? I have exactly the same issue. I cannot reset my perk.ee.co.uk password. I have a valid account. I have requested a reset many times but never receive the email to reset it. Checked spam/junk etc.

You need to contact the EE Community Support Team, they will request for your account to be reset for you then need to re registered to get it working again.
