Unable to revalidate EE perk

I received the email to revalidate my EE perks & have the revalidation email from EE in my work email. However, now I can’t login to EE perks.

 

I’ve tried several times to get the reset password email and its been days and no reset password email in my spam folder or inbox.


Can someone please re set my password so I can validate my id?

Thanks for coming here. 

Did you verify the perk account within 30 days of registering? 

Are you using the work email to log in?

Hi Leanne

I had an email to my works requesting that I signed into my EE perk to revalidate my account as I been using perk for 2 years. I had forgotten my password and I am unable to reset it as do not receive a link when requested

Good morning I am having troubles getting my EE perks password reset. The messages are not in my spam either. Can you help me? I can be emailed at

Could you have originally registered with a different email address? Perhaps a work address?
