Hi there Leanne,
I am having the exact same issue. I have tried going through 150/customer service but can't get to the stage of talking to a human due to lack of correct options in automation and when getting to the stage of "we'll send you a text, once you reply someone will phone back" I don't ever recieve the text?!.
Wasn't aware of the time limit to activate account and mine is now deactivated.
