Xbox Game Pass

So I added the Game Pass as my Inclusive Extra. Received the text and completed registering it. It now shows on my account as included. How does this get utilised on an Xbox console as I have no further details on this ?

I presently have an Xbox account and want to change this over to my EE membership.

Welcome to the community.

Did you use the same email address that you have registered with Microsoft? If so, your existing pass will be upgraded to ‘Ultimate’. You can continue using this, and when it expires you’ll switch over to our Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and will no longer be charged by Microsoft.

Iv got ultimate with my phone contract but how does my son put it on his xbox? He's got an xbox account with his email and my phone contract is under my email?

It's fine to set it up via your phone, just remember to provide the details of your Son's Microsoft account when prompted.

Hello,

When I click the activation link i get a 404 error as it forwards to the following url

https://ee.co.uk/app/validate-otp

Also, my EE email and microsoft emails are different but ive had my microsoft account for over a decade. Is there a way to link my existing EE account to my existing Xbox account?

Hi,

I am having the same issue as @rooshaw

I spoke to EE yesterday and got told to speak to Microsoft. The rep at Microsoft checked the https://www.ee.co.uk/xbox link. They get the same 404 Error too and told me its an EE issue. Reported back to EE and got told again it was a Microsoft issue.

Today I got told again to refer this to Microsoft when it's clearly an EE issue since the link comes up as an error on EE's website. I don't even get sent to Microsoft's website at all as I get an error 404 when i click on that link. The EE rep even took off Game Pass as an Inclusive Extra and re-added it but still the issue persists.

The link opens now, but when I put in the validation code after putting in my EE number, it gives me a blank page (https://ee.co.uk/app/validate-otp), it does not take me to anything. It does not even attempt to load anything.
