I followed this link and it looked promising but it just brings you through to the same screen on ee.co.uk in manage and subscriptions and there's nothing there! I believe the only solution is to call EE.

I can't find an EE TV subscription for you @hashtango - only EE mobile, which has a different activation process. The description for all activation options is here: https://ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport/tnt-sports/set-up-my-tnt-sports-subscription#article-heading-2
