EE perk code password

Hi.

i received an email today to revalidate my details for my EE perk code. I went through the link and ive forgotten my password. 
so it has said that it will send me a link to rest. I’m not receiving anything. It’s not in my junk either

It’s becoming a joke now as EE can’t help when I’ve called and no one else to contact
