Re: Can’t pay monthly on headphones

I have a EE sim card but the option for a monthly payment on a pair of headphones is labelled as me not being eligible, is there a period of time I'm supposed to wait or am I supposed to top up the amount I'm paying?

That looks like PAYG. EE don't offer its accessories to PAYG users as the monthly cost of the accessory is added to your mobile bill but you don't have bills with PAYG.

Hi @Ren_D_Tempest

What sim plan do you have and how long ago did you join EE.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

I've been with EE for 2 years now

The plan I don't think I have one

I mean I normally just pay £10 a month for a data pack so I don't know if that counts
