im hoping someone can help me.
so I purchased a sim only deal in March 2024 after my phone contract ended. My email was already used for my online EE account where I was able to manage my phone and data bills.
However, since moving to a sim only deal, my EE account does not show my sim plan at all, so I dont know how much I’ve used etc.
I am struggling because I got a text saying that I’ve used 80% of my data weeks before my monthly renewal which is absolutely bizarre considering my plan gives me 125GB!! And I use wifi at work and at home.
any suggestions on how I can access it online?

Did you upgrade to a SIM only plan keeping the same number or did you take out a new contract?
If you text AL to 150 does it report back the correct allowance?
