Hi, I also did not receive any activation link for Netflix. Please send me the private message to chat.

@vnguyencong If you have it selected as your inclusive extra, please try visiting ee.co.uk/netflix and entering your mobile number, follow the steps from there and it should take you to activate your Netflix plan.

Welcome to the community.

Was the Netflix subscription part of an EE TV package?

If it was, have you activated it within the EE app or when you are logged into your account through the EE website?

You select Manage then TV & Sport and you should see the option there.

It is not a EE TV package - it is actually included with the mobile plan I bought.

I've moved your message from the Broadband TV thread to it's own post as you've said it's from a mobile plan. 

Have you selected Netflix as your "Inclusive Extra" on the EE app? 
Alternatively you can text “Pick” to 150.
