Hi Leanne I already have several times now I'm playing tennis with the card services team. Every time I send them what they want they then send me another email with something else they want. I feel its dragging & I just want the money for Xmas things.

The gentleman the last time I spoke to on 150 care team I believe said he would fill a form in on my behalf & they should contact me card services. They have but every time they ask for things I send them what they want then it's another 3 days before they reply. I got another 1 today wanting order date, type of phone my mobile number for the 3rd time etc I just feel I'm being fobbed off.

@JersP : By logging into the PureCard a/c that you registered when you activated the card.
