Can I spend my prepaid ee mastercard in store

No, they can only be used for card-not-present transactions, i.e., online or over the phone, at merchants who accept Mastercard.

I haven't yet recieved a text to claim my card and I took the contract out 3 weeks ago,

has anybody had a similar issue?
