Just received a s22+ how do you get the £300 pre paid card ?

Customer service has went right down hill past few years and when you need help they pass you about something terrible.

Claiming 21 days 28 days and now 15 working days. Yesterday the promotion number agent had all my details on screen yet said had to wait on the link being sent today they didn't have anything on my account.

Well after 22 of waiting I finally got an answer, they inputted a wrong
mobile number and the text was unsuccessful (I'm not surprised if it was
the wrong number) so the claims team have rectified it and claimed my card
for me and I have just received the stuff for my card.

I'm so glad I persiveered with the phone calls

I updated on the 17th of November but have still not received my digital pay card. Do you know when I might receive it?

I ordered  my new phone which arrived 05/11/22 and got email to register and claim my £100 pre paid card a few days later, but when I click on the link in the email it say site/url not found? I have been trying to activate my prepaid card for 2 months now and as there is a 3 month cut off date I feel this may just be a scam

I ordered my new phone which arrived on 05/11/22 I then received an email on the 18/11/2022 inviting me to activate my prepaid card, when I click on the link it says cannot locate the url and I have been trying for the last month but still no joy? I understand there is a 3 month time limitation to claim the prepaid card, do I have to wait until 3 months to claim?
