I managed to get through but it's up to ee to send the code. Advisors  keep getting cut off and when I claim its false advertising and can I speak to a manager no 1 wants to take any responsibility.

Unfortunately it seems to be the issue I would just keep in ringing until
someone deals with it properly because the more times you call they will
get fed up with it and have to do something, threaten to make the press
aware of false advertising and say you will take them to the ombudsman as
not sticking to what they are offering. Ask for their name and then say you
will put their name in the article to the press too

Tried everything with them and not 1 person will deal with it every agent says 3 to 5 working days. Already contacted ombudsman and with the 2 txt messages they have sent stating the 15th day they have broken there side of the contract.

Go straight to the press then or ring them and say they have broken their
side of contract so want contract ended then what you should do is then say
due to their lack of compliance sell the phone and get your £300 that way

Lucky you . Just managed to return the phone and cancel the contract. Now moving to another provider after 20 years
