I recently upgraded for Google pixel 7 under the X-mass offer including a pre paid card worth £200 I have received my new phone but heard nothing of the prepaid card. How do I redeem/receive the pre paid card?

I’d suggest messaging the twitter EE team and ask for it to be escalated to a manager, I did this and I had my card within 2 days
