Pre paid card

I recently upgraded for Google pixel 7 under the X-mass offer including a pre paid card worth £200 I have received my new phone but heard nothing of the prepaid card. How do I redeem/receive the pre paid card?

I contacted them online and they said its after 30 days not 15. Not sure
they know what's going on!!
Will wait and see what happens!

You should receive it 15 days AFTER you receive your phone, as that is when your 14 day "cooling off" period starts, a cooling off period applies to online orders as under UK law it is "distance selling" as it is not a "face to face" sale, and thus the buyer has to be given time to use the product and assess whether it suits their needs.. hence the "cooling off period".

They won't give them out before 15 days as otherwise you could redeem the pre-paid card and then cancel your contract within the 14 day cooling off period and EE would lose out. Hence why it's usually issued on day 15 after you receive your device (not when you order it).

I am 27 days since getting the phone and still nothing. I have tried to chat via the app but I don't seem to be getting anywhere

If its more than 15 days after your upgrade or new connection then I would advise you to call 150 or go to the ee page on Facebook and send a message as they can escalate it for you to get it sorted.

I have had the same issue, day 30 for me tomorrow and mine has been escalated as I was missed off the list. Quickest option would be the Facebook page and then send a message, one of the social media teams will get it sorted for you

I've claimed my card, and am waiting to receive it. Does anyone know if it's all sent to you digitally, or is anything important (like a physical card or activation details) posted to you? I just moved house and accidentally put in my old address, which is a long way from where I live now!

It gets sent to you via a set up email, received mine yesterday, to the wrong number though which has been a head ache to be honest. It will ask you to input your address details to verify you, quite a simple set up once you have received the confirmation
