Pre paid card

I recently upgraded for Google pixel 7 under the X-mass offer including a pre paid card worth £200 I have received my new phone but heard nothing of the prepaid card. How do I redeem/receive the pre paid card?

One you have received the message asking you to claim your gift card amount the response and card details and sign up email come quite quickly,

I got my sms last night on day 29 and the confirmation and sign up to set up the account was received this morning,

I’m now on day 17 and haven’t received a text or anything, was advised to contact claims email and that was 3 days and had no reply, the service for these offers is quite shocking tbh

Hi James I got my upgrade in November and still haven't received my card .I put it down to postal delays but its still not come
