I called for an upgrade yesterday and was offered a deal where if i bought the pixel 6a i would receive a free nest home and nest mini bundle. However when the phone arrived there was neither and no mention of how to redeem the offer, I then honed customer services to be told the offer had expired on the 5th, and when i went to the store to return the device was told that the last day of the offer was yesterday. i would like to get this rectified before my 14 day return as i don't know if I've been mis sold or not and if so i will be returning the device.

Welcome to the community.
The information that I have for that offer says that it ran between 13 September - 05 October 2022. I would recommend calling 150 to discuss why this was offered and to look for a resolution.

I already have done and launched a complaint. I used to work for the company so know there are discretionary options for such events, as I have been miss sold a contract on the understanding of getting the bundle. Please can this be rectified asap, and the call checked over from 17th October to confirm my acknowledgement.
