Hi I set up an account on the ee perks my employer received the email and presses verify but then it would not accept my email and password. selected reset password and states that ee have sent a reset email but not received anything. have been on live chat and was told someone would get back to me within 72 hours. I'm still waiting. any help would be appreciated

Are you using the same email address and password combination you used when registering? (This may be different to the details you use for My EE)
Have you checked your spam/junk folder for the reset email?
