Pixel 10 offer - buds pro 2 for pound not working

Hi

I am trying trying to order a pixel 10 with the promo of buds 2 pro for a pound. The offer was working last week but doesn't seem to work anymore. I applied a student discount code which isn't valid (can't see it applied) and it no longer works...

Anyone else not able to see the offer?

Welcome to the community.

The only place I've been able to see the offer is if it was when purchasing the phone as a SIM free one, where it shows under the Disclaimer in the Legal Bit at the bottom of the page.

That shows that it is valid when both are purchased together and it is the Moonstone and Hazel variants of the Pixel Buds Pro.

It does also show that the offer can't be used with any other discount and is subject to stock.

Were you looking at buying the phone on a contract or as SIM free?

Hi Michael,

I am looking to purchase sim free and have selected those colours and doesn't come off.

It was working and then I tried to add a student discount code and it disappeared. My basket has been deleted and there is no sign of the student discount being applied...

It looks to be the 15% discount that it showing that would be stopping it, as the terms do say it can't be redeemed with a discount.

If you clear the cookies and cache from your browser, or try another browser or device, do you see the same?

Hi Michael,

The legal bit says you can claim 15% and buds for a pound.

Tried different browsers and clearing browsing data and still the same result. Has the offer ended?

It is possible it could have ended @Profile closed. I can't see any information on the offer internally and other than that legal bit, its not showing anywhere else. 

Normally it would highlight the offers at the top of the page when you click into phone, or on the main page with the list of phones, but neither mention it now.

I've also tried adding both to the basket, I'm seeing the full price for the Buds Pro 2.

I've done a bit of digging and been told that the offer finished last Wednesday @willparrett4622, so you shouldn't be seeing the flag at the top of the page, and the information should have been removed from the page.

I've flagged for it to make sure the page is updated.
