Hi can’t get perk code for NHS discount. Had it before and now says wrong details when trying to reset.

please help

I’ve tried calling EE but the can’t help as EE perk portal has no control over giving the codes. Makes no sense. Want to buy the phone from the shop but can’t without the code. Shop says call 150. 150 say use portal. Portal says nothing.
