Trying to renew my contract with EE and get the NHS discount code with EE Perks. I am unable as my account once I log in after changing my password is now saying the below :

Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame. 

This is happening despite me changing my password and trying again to log in.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks
