Xbox games pass

Hi, 

I have added the Xbox game pass add on to my new sim but have not received any details or a code to add it on. 

I previously had the add on as a separate add on, but with the new SIM card it included the Xbox add on. So I cancelled my previous ‘solo’ add on and chose the add on with the new SIM card. 
any and all help will be appreciated.

My subscription has now ended and I don’t have access to game pass.

Does the inclusive extra show in your EE app? 

If so, did you receive a text from us when you added the inclusive extra with a link to follow and get set up?

Hi,

so it is an inclusive add on for my partners contract. 
she brought her number over but there was a delay with that. She has said she hasn’t had a text regarding anything.

so it all runs through me. 
do I need to still use her phone to do it?
