Trying to log into Perks for an NHS family discount , 

Blue light card code doesn't work 

Perks site locks me out when I try to change password as I have forgotten my original one

So wrong advise/info given, what a waste of customers time 

I was specifically told 'try tomor afternoon'

Hi @Anesidora22,

I can see my colleague advised you that requests are usually completed within 24 hours. I'm sorry you weren't given more detailed information on the timescales and that your request wasn't completed before the weekend.

I would expect this to be picked up by the Perk team on Monday.

Were you typing the password in manually, after re-registering? Is it possible your phone/device was trying to use an old, stored password?

Still no response , abysmal service from EE , obviously don't wish customers to access NHS codes

Has any other user managed to get the codes?
