Trying to log into Perks for an NHS family discount ,
Blue light card code doesn't work
Perks site locks me out when I try to change password as I have forgotten my original one

Hi as many people on here have been having the same issues please could you help me. I can’t log in to my eye perks account and when I never receive email with log on details. I’m due to upgrade my contract next month I’ve already done 2 years without discount due to this problem. Please can you help me.

Are you logging in with the same email address you originally used to register?
If you aren't sure, you could search your inboxes for the EE Perk verification email to see which account you used.

Hi, yes I’ve tried using my nhs email and personal email and nothing is working. I’m not getting any password rest email I’ve looked in my junk folder too.

This is ridiculous
Countless customers trying to gain access to Perks
I was told by EE adviser in here that my account would be reset and to re register, despite doing this I still cannot access account
Don't EE want customers to have NHS discount codes ?
Your CS 'helpline' was no help either,told me to use the Blue Light discount which does NOT work when used by family members!

Most requests are completed within 24 hours, but it can take up to two working days at busier times.
We'll let you know as soon as it has been completed.
