Hi, I have been trying to login to my perks but I am unable to do so. I think I have forgotten my password but when I ask to get a password reset sent to my email it hasn’t arrived on numerous attempts.

Hi, I have tried with both. The problem is I don’t k ow my password but when I ask to get a n email sent for a password reset I do not receive it. I have been trying for 2 days.

Hello, I have registered for an account using my work email and I have tried resetting my password but when I try to login in it says my account has been deactivated. Can anyone assist as I have tried calling 150 but no one seems to be able to help. They have said to call my HR department but they have no idea on how to resolve this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
