Perks account deactivated.

Hi ,

The discount was automatically applied when I last renewed my contract. I was told this time to log into ee perks and get a code then call to have the discount added.  I reset my password because I could remember it, but have logged in and it says the account is deactivated.  Is there a way to get it reactivated please?
