So, I'll keep this one short...
I've used 5 perk codes on 5 online purchase attempts that ultimately all got declined. You'd think that's an omen right? I will get to re-join the EE family and detach myself from the dastardly grip that o2 has on me. By hook or by crook, I will be an EE customer!!!! arggghhhhhh!!!!
So, given that I had a 100% failure rate on those codes, is there anyway to reset the account so I can try another 5 times, or maybe just figure out why EE doesn't want me as a customer, fix it, and then use just one code to get the thing I need... ?

You cannot use discount codes on any plan or device which is already on promotion or already discounted.

I can, I did. The transaction was 100% successful. In fact, all 5 transactions were initially successful. EE even took the one-time payments from my bank account. It was further down the process that I later received the declines.
Consequently, I'm now in a position to resubmit a purchase; I just don't have a valid code. Do you know whether perk accounts can be reset?

Hi @_thevirtualnerd.
If the orders have not been successful you should be able to use codes originally generated.
Should you be seeing any errors when trying to use the generated codes please drop me a private message.
