I have had add ons in the past and just called up, payed them off and continued my contract. I have done this maybe 4 or 5 times. Now I called to do it again and I'm being told I need to cancel my contract and will have an early termination fee. Getting wrong information isn't good. There will be no early termination fee as I am not in contract. I only have an add on as any kind of term. It would seem there might be an issue with my phone so the advisor couldn't really hear me or took the time to call me back. Could someone help with this.

p.s I am trying to give you money. Advisor also mentioned its in the term and conditions that they can't cancel the add on. Were the terms updated and I wasn't told or were all the other advisors wrong that done it?
