EE perks - can’t validate

I cannot use my works email to validate my EE perks discount. I uploaded a photo of my works ID which clearly shows my valid EE perks company but it was rejected and now I can’t even log into my perks account.

The EE perks process to obtain a code is abysmal and you cannot even contact the department. I have spoken to EE customer services twice and all they can do is email “the perks team” who supposedly will get back within 48 hours. I am still waiting nearly one week later. Apparently even they struggle to contact the department as “they don’t want people contacting them easily”….what company would make it this difficult for their own customer service to contact them?

I encountered this issue 2 years ago when I set up my previous contract and EE perks have not made any effort to make this process easier. Utterly ridiculous from a company that you would think would want to keep their valued customers with them.

Can anyone contact EE perks? Can anyone at EE help?

Hi @agrant4 

Did the Perk team say why the ID wasn't accepted? If the image was clear, and your company is still registered with the perk scheme, it should have been accepted. Does the name on the ID match the name on your EE account?

Yes my work identification very clearly provides my company name and my name which is the same on my EE account.

I have had perks discount and the previous type of EE company discount for the past 14 years I have been with the same company. Due to updated email security I cannot use my works email to confirm my employment, thats why I uploaded a picture of my works ID to EE perks. 

 

I registered a new EE perks account with a different personal email due to no longer being able to access my previous EE perks account.

I cannot understand why the process of renewing this discount is so difficult.

Can anyone at EE help, all I need is an EE perks discount code.

If this has been raised to the perk team when you called our mobile guides, this will be looked into and the perk team will respond with the next steps needed to get this sorted for you.

I contacted EE customer services on Tuesday 18th June and again on Saturday 22nd June both times being advised the Perks Team would get back to me in 48 hours.

It is now Thursday 27th June well over a week later and still no response.

Can a member of the EE perk team contact me to provide an EE perks code.

Can someone at EE perks contact me directly?

My works IT department has confirmed that no emails from EE are reaching our servers therefore, I cannot validate an email. I can only provide a photo of my works ID which I have already provided.

I need an EE perks code asap as I have to set up my new contract in the next couple of days.

I need an EE perks team member to contact me. I cannot receive a validation email to my works address as our IT department has advised they cannot reach our servers.

I have already provided an image of my works identification which clearly shows a valid company EE perks is applicable for.

I need a code in the next couple days to set up my new contract.
