Hi can you tell me why I can't add the PS5 Bundle to my account. I've tried calling the sales team but they say as it is online they are unable to help. Many thanks

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

Hi yes I do have an EE contract and would be looking to add it to my existing plan

@Jen135   Are you within 17 months of having that contract?  If your over 17 months you can not purchase from the add to plan store it’s one of the T&Cs.

Yes I do believe one of my contracts is within the time.

I am having the same issue all its has said is I can not upgrade right now. But that is because I already upgraded to get the playstation. But have had no joy I've been with ee since 2018 and for the past 2 contracts I have tried to get the ps5 bundle but had no joy. Am Very unhappy!! 

So why can I not add one I literally just upgraded?
