I purchased 2 new phones for myself and my husband with pre paid card offer on 22/11/22, I contacted ee on 06/12/22, I was advised I would be notified between 15-30 days, I am still waiting to hear, no one seems to be able to help.
This is very disappointing as this was 1 of the selling points for me staying with ee, I now regret not moving supplier.
