Hi folks,
This is probably me being stupid, but I've just noticed that, despite activating a Netflix addon on my account, and adding the premium upgrade, which i've been paying for months, I've also been paying full price to Netflix in addition. I assume this means I haven't successfully linked my EE and Netflix accounts, but I can't work out how to do this now. It's been a bit of a wild few months with moving home and my wife giving birth to our second so I've just not noticed that this has been happening but looks like I'm throwing money away. I've now cancelled the premium upgrade payment to EE but it means I'm not saving the money I could be by utilising the Netflix addon

You can view your Account type, how much your paying and how it's being paid, ie, Netflix or EE or both by logging into your Netflex via App or Web then looking at your Profile.

Morning @RobMay
Thanks for coming to the community and congratulations on the birth of your second baby 🙂
If you are currently paying for a Netflix subscription through another provider, you will need to cancel this subscription with them.
Do you have Netflix showing and an inclusive extra in your EE app add-ons?

Hi @RobMay
If you are still being charged from Netflix, can you try the steps in the How to cancel Netflix help page?
Leanne 🙂

Thank you for that. I can see in my Netflix account, it's telling me that my ee payment stopped in September, though I've been paying EE the whole time for the upgrade and I've never instructed ee to stop the benefit.
I'll make some phone calls to both.
Thanks for your help.
