EE just mistakenly downgraded my Netflix plan. They couldn't correct it, so I did it via Netflix's own site. Netflix told me £3 a month would be added each month to my EE bill for this upgrade. I confirmed to go ahead. Then EE emailed me to confirm the change and said its £4 a month. Why does EE add an extra £1 a month on?
