I started a mobile data plan with Netflix Premium as an add-on, And there has been no emails or no texts about it at all..
I've been checking every single day and I'm getting nothing at all..
I don't know how I'm supposed to get these emails/texts??
Only installed my SIM Card two days ago, And Received it 4 days ago, But still nothing..
I checked spam and texts all the time and nothing at all.

That's right, It's just text messages not working at all.
It seems I can make phonecalls just fine!
Internet service is also significantly slower, Sometimes disconnecting, Even though I went from an unlimited plan to an unlimited plan. Just a new sim card.

@WitchesWhispers I would definitely recommend getting in contact if you have not already, as our guides will be able to access your account and make sure everything is setup as it should be on your number.
