Hi. I am having problems logging into my EE perks profile to generate a code. I clicked forgotten password and changed the password via the link. This changes my EE account password not the perks account password. Can anyone help please?

I am also having the same issue with logging in. I receive a password reset email but it changes it on my EE account not the Perks account.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Are you logging in on the Login | EE page to access the perk account? If you have requested a password reset, did you use the same email address you registered for a perk account and not the EE account email address, if this is different?
