If the account is deactivated, the reset password won't work for you the account would need to be reset for you to register for a new perk account.
To do this, please give us a call on 150 and the team can complete a webform for the perk team to get this sorted for you.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you selected the 'forgotten log in details' option on the Login | EE page?
You would need to enter the email address you originally used to register for the perk account.
