After a lot of trouble getting back into NHS perks and having to re-register, I have lost the 20% discount on my mobile bill. How can I get this reinstated?

after the 6 months of the offer, will the NHS perk then be applied?

No, the EE Perk discount can only be applied within 30 days of purchase.

and the nhs perks can't be applied to other phones on the same account unless I upgrade them?

That's right @Couttleberry 

EE Perk discount codes should be redeemed at the point of purchase, or can be applied a maximum of 30 days later if it wasn't possible at the point of purchase due to a technical issue.

I lost my NHS perks because due to a technical problem I was unable to continue with the discount. I was asked to log in to confirm that I still qualified and was unable to.

Hi @Couttleberry,

If the new plan you have purchased is already discounted, it wouldn't be compatible with the EE Perk discount as well.

What was the technical problem you mentioned?

A few weeks ago I received a message indicated that I needed to sign in to NHS perks if I wanted to continue receiving the discount. I tried to sign in but like many other people my sign in wasn't recognised. In the end your team said I would have to re-register. At that point I was told that NHS perks couldn't be applied unless I upgraded. So I did this, but because the upgrade is on offer I don't get the perks. I didn't really want the upgrade but was lead to believe that was the only way to get the NHS perk applied.

The perk discount would be removed at the end of the minimum term of the contract you previously had to continue with the perk you would need to create a new code and use this on an upgrade that was eligible for the perk discount @Couttleberry 

How did you upgrade was this online, over the phone or in store?

We are having the same issue, cannot log onto the NHS Perks site, even when receiving a password reset, this link is then not working.

What happens when you follow the password reset link?
