I’ve just upgraded my phone as we speak - I’ve missed putting in my NHS perks discount before checking out .. is there a way to get this added on even though the order is now placed.

Yes, @Tonimaria . Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
