I am due an upgrade and want to switch to sim only. I currently have NHS discount and want to make sure this is on my new contract but I cannot use a new NHS discount code from the portal in the basket... any advice - there is no people on the online chat to help

Hi @johntypop
You can have only one discount active on and deal. If the SIM only plan is already discounted, or on promotion then your NHS discount won't work.

On the "Extras" page near the bottom during checkout for a new or upgraded contract, enter it under the prompt "Got a gift voucher?" .

I have this very question today - did you eber get a clear answer? I want to upgrade online but don't want to lose the NHS discount I currently have.
