I pre-ordered the Pixel 8 Pro with the free Pixel Watch 2 on release day. My upgrade was shown as moving to the all rounder with my F&F discount of 30% applied to bring it down to £50.40 from £72 a month. I have an email confirming this.
I get my phone yesterday and swapped SIM etc. This morning I receive a text telling me that my F&F has expired????
I have to add, this F&F is from me working from T-Mobile circa 2007 when I left and my staff plan turned into a F&F. This was supposed to be for life. I originally got 50% discount which EE gradually reduced to 30%. How do I get this back?

I would suggest calling us on 150 when you would like to upgrade, and the team will certainly look into your account and go through all available options.

Hi there same situation for me but I only realised this year 2024 but no one had made me aware and reading all the above situations it seems the discount can be re added if it is a legacy discount which I also had but no team seems ro want to help can you advise please . I have spoken to someone from the upgrade team who said that even the legacy discount have an expiry date but they did not previously can someone advise which team I can speak to next please to get this solved as it seems that most customers on this thread had their issue resolved much appreaciate.

I was an employee up until 2016 the discount was a legacy one that I had given to my relative way before that time my relative had the discount before the term changed in 2023 and in 2024 what are your suggestions please
