I’m trying to upgrade my contract to sim only, however none of the upgrade options show the multi-line discount like they did when I upgraded previously. I thought having two lines on the account meant 20% off, how come the offers are no different to when I’m not logged in? 😞

It could be because it's a different discount when taking a SIM only. I would recommend calling our Mobile Care team so that they can process this manually and make sure you get the correct discount.
