I'm trying to claim my Samsung galaxy buds with my new phone but I need some evidence to send what do I need to send

As the process says you need a sales receipt. If you don't have a receipt then speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
